本文对９例口腔盘状红斑狼疮患者外周血Ｂ淋巴细胞的数目、增殖和分化功能作了研究。患者外周血中Ｂ淋巴细胞数目与正常对照组相比，没有显著性差异，但分泌ＩｇＧ的浆细胞数目明显增多，反映出盘状红斑狠疮患者体内Ｂ淋巴细胞存在高度活化现象，其活化程度与美国风湿病协会关于系统性红斑狠疮分类标准的数目呈正相关。用不依赖Ｔ细胞的Ｂ细胞有丝分裂原刺激患者的Ｂ淋巴细胞，３Ｈ—Ｔｄｒ的掺入量较对照组减少，提示患者体内静止Ｂ淋巴细胞已被激活。
In this paper, 9 cases of oral discoid lupus erythematosus patients with peripheral blood B lymphocyte number, proliferation and differentiation were studied. There was no significant difference in the number of B lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with normal control group, but the number of plasma cells secreting IgG increased significantly, reflecting the high degree of activation of B lymphocytes in patients with rachis rashes Is positively related to the American Rheumatism Association's classification of systemic lupus erythematosus. B-lymphocytes stimulated with B-cell mitogen-independent B-cell mitogen showed a decrease in 3H-Tdr incorporation compared with the control group, suggesting that the patient's resting B-lymphocytes have been activated.
