目的:建立川芎-天麻药对中天麻素、天麻苷元、阿魏酸和藁本内酯4种成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.05%磷酸水梯度洗脱,检测波长220 nm(天麻素、天麻苷元),320 nm(阿魏酸、藁本内酯),柱温25℃,流速1.0 m L·min-1。结果:4种效应成分分离度良好,标准曲线在检测范围内线性关系良好,天麻素、天麻苷元、阿魏酸和藁本内酯的平均回收率分别为104.0%,103.4%,100.6%,101.8%,RSD分别为0.4%,0.5%,4.5%,2.6%。结论:该方法简便、精密度、重复性好,可用于川芎-天麻药对中4种效应成分的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of four components of Chuanxiong-Tianmai on gastrodin, gastrodin, ferulic acid and ligustilide. Methods: Inertsil ODS-3 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was eluted with methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was 220 nm , Ligustilide). The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 m L · min-1. Results: The four kinds of effective components were well separated and the standard curve had a good linear relationship in the detection range. The average recoveries of gastrodin, gastrodin, ferulic acid and ligustilide were 104.0%, 103.4% and 100.6%, respectively. 101.8% with RSD of 0.4%, 0.5%, 4.5% and 2.6% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of four effective components in Chuanxiong - Tianma.
