路网存量达到一定规模后,养护和大修将呈现巨量需求,旧料的再生是可持续发展的必由之路。乳化沥青冷再生是惟一能够全部采用沥青旧料再生的技术。本文围绕着常规性能、乳化沥青再生混合料的空隙分布特性、高温性能、低温抗裂和疲劳性能,展开时间跨径4年的研究和实体工程工作。研究论证了乳化沥青再生不次于常规热沥青混合料的高低温性能、柔性的疲劳破坏特性。与室内研究对应的规模应用工程,验证了乳化沥青再生胜任热沥青中下面层的性能,抗反射裂缝性能突出。
After the road network stock reaches a certain scale, there will be a huge demand for maintenance and overhaul. The regeneration of used materials is the only way to achieve sustainable development. Cold emulsified asphalt recycling is the only technology that can be used to regenerate the used asphalt. In this paper, four years of research and physical engineering work spanning the span of time were carried out around the conventional performance, the void distribution characteristics, high temperature performance, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue properties of the emulsified asphalt mixture. The research shows that the emulsified asphalt regeneration is not inferior to the high and low temperature performance and flexible fatigue failure characteristics of the conventional hot asphalt mixture. Compared with the scale application project corresponding to the indoor research, the performances of the middle and lower layers of hot asphalt that emulsified asphalt is reborn are verified, and the performance of antireflection cracking is outstanding.
