打开报纸,要数楼盘广告最多、最大;收看电视,长时间的售房广告不时地插播;漫步街头,巨幅房产广告劈面而来;参加房展,楼盘广告一个比一个精致。用“铺天盖地”、“蔚然成风”来形容房地产广告着实不过分。然而,不少购房者经过一番折腾后,认为大多广告“虚火”太旺,价格不真、位置不准、内容不实、承诺不清。另外,从广告投放的角度而言,大多数都浪费了,尤其是报纸广告,九成以上属浪费。
