为远程控制采煤机牵引变频器ACS800搭建了基于STEP7的现场总线监控系统。研究了现场总线上主站与变频器现场适配器的通讯报文,分配了变频器收发区地址,并规划了通讯报文中参数通道(PKW)和过程通道(PZD)的内容。结合变频器通信程序流程图,编写了变频器起停控制程序。实现了远程控制牵引电机的动作。
For the remote control of shearer traction inverter ACS800 built based on STEP7 fieldbus monitoring system. The communication message between master station and inverter field adapter on field bus was researched. The address of transmitter / receiver area of inverter was assigned and the contents of parameter channel (PKW) and process channel (PZD) in communication message were planned. Combined with the inverter communication program flow chart, wrote the inverter start-stop control program. Realize the remote control of traction motor action.
