开发作业过程中,各种采油工程入井液进入油层后,由于入井液与油层固有的岩石和所含流体性质不配伍,或由于压差、温度等条件的改变,造成了对油气层的伤害。对采油工程入井液伤害油层的主要因素(矿化度、pH值、表面张力、固相颗粒尺寸、固相颗粒含量等)进行了试验研究;对现场采油工程入井液和室内配制的低伤害入井液的综合伤害率进行了评价,得到了各种因素对地层损害的影响规律,提出了避免或减轻入井液伤害储层的对策。
During the process of development, various oil production projects into the reservoir, into the well, due to the fluid and reservoir inherent rock and the nature of the fluid contained is not compatible, or due to pressure, temperature and other conditions change, resulting in damage to the oil and gas layers. The main factors (salinity, pH value, surface tension, solid particle size, solid particle content, etc.) of oil recovery wells into oil well were studied experimentally. The comprehensive damage rate of liquid was evaluated, and the influence of various factors on the damage of formation was obtained. The countermeasures of avoiding or mitigating fluid damage to reservoir were proposed.
