目的:观察新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)和超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的水平变化,探讨其在HIE中的临床意义。方法:检测59例足月HIE患儿(HIE轻度11例,中度32例,重度16例)及30例健康足月新生儿(健康对照组)出生24 h内血清IGF-1和hsCRP的水平,比较各组间的差异;并分析HIE患儿IGF-1和hsCRP的相关性。结果:1.HIE组血清IGF-1水平低于健康对照组,hsCRP水平高于健康对照组(P均<0.05);2.HIE各组IGF-1随HIE程度加重而降低、hsCRP水平随HIE程度加重而增加,各组间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);3.HIE患儿血清IGF-1和hsCRP呈显著负相关(r=-0.778,P均<0.05)。结论:血清IGF-1和hsCRP水平可作为HIE新生儿病情严重程度和疗效判断的早期指标。
Objective: To observe the changes of serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and hsCRP levels in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and to investigate its clinical significance in HIE. Methods: The serum levels of IGF-1 and hsCRP in 59 full-term HIE infants (11 mild HIE, 32 moderate and 16 severe) and 30 healthy full-term newborns (healthy control group) The differences between groups were compared. The correlation between IGF-1 and hsCRP in children with HIE was analyzed. The level of IGF-1 in HIE group was lower than that in healthy control group, hsCRP level was higher than that in healthy control group (all P <0.05) (P <0.05). 3. There was a significant negative correlation between serum IGF-1 and hsCRP in children with HIE (r = -0.778, P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum levels of IGF-1 and hsCRP can be used as early indicators of HIE neoplasia severity and curative effect judgment.
