为了提高微表处的路用性能,研究利用水性环氧树脂对微表处混合料进行改性,并对其性能影响规律和内在因素进行了研究分析。设计了黏聚力增长试验和冻融湿轮磨耗试验,分别研究水性环氧树脂对微表处混合料强度的发展进程和耐久性的影响,结果表明:微表处混合料的黏聚力发展趋势随水性环氧树脂改性剂用量的变化呈现了不同的特征,并且随着水性环氧树脂用量的增加,微表处混合料的冻融湿轮磨耗比逐渐提高,说明水性环氧树脂对微表处混合料的强度和耐久性具有显著改善作用。
In order to improve the road performance at the micro-surfacing, the use of water-based epoxy resin to modify the mixture at the micro-surfacing site, and its performance impact laws and internal factors were studied.
