我国煤矿使用钻井法凿井中,多数井筒以钻进表土层为主。随着专用钻机性能的提高,钻进井筒将向全深深井发展,淮北童亭主井设计钻进600米井筒全深,但在井壁支护方法上仍采用在洗井液中漂浮下沉的方法(见“建井技术”1983年第1期)。虽然这种方法简单,施工质量好,而对深井,特别是下半部是基岩时,由于施工载荷大,造成基岩部分井壁很厚,技术上和经济上都将是不够合理的。本文拟对深井钻井的井壁结构和施工方法的改进提一些探讨性意见。
