校企合作共建“双师素质”教学团队是职业教育提高教学质量、培养优秀技能型人才的重要路径。以实践校企“双向对口挂职”为突破口,通过“专业教师到企业挂职顶岗,聘请技术骨干能工巧匠到校兼职任教”等方式,可有效突破职业学校“双师素质”教学团队构建的瓶颈,实现职业教育与一线生产的有效对接,构建具有明显梯队特征、能够发挥示范引领作用的多层次、高素质、结构合理、特色鲜明的“双师素质”专业教学团队。
