一、前言随着科学技术的发展,镍基高温合金由于其强度高,耐热性能好,化学性质稳定等特点,在航空、宇航、火箭等工业,特别是飞机发动机承受高温、高负荷部位的另部件中,得到了广泛的应用。镍基高温合金牌号多,成份复杂,分析元素的含量范围宽,分析准确度要求高。采用Ⅹ射线荧光光谱法直接测定,与化学分析法比较,虽有手续简便,分析精度高,速度快等特点,但很难得到各种不同牌号的Ⅹ射线荧光分析用标准样品以解决元素之间的相互影响,给分析测定工作带来了一定的困难。本工作对十几种镍基高温合金标准样品中钼、锆、钨、钴、铁、铬、钛、铝等八个元素进行了Ⅹ射线荧光光谱分析方法的试验研究,编制出一套镍基高温合金在PW-1400Ⅹ射线荧光光谱仪上的分析
I.
