机车柴油机在起动之前,对机车冷却水系统中的水温(柴油机冷却水温)有一定要求:高速柴油机要求水温不低于+40℃,中速柴油机要求水温不低于+20℃。在冬季,为了满足机车乘务人员的取暖要求和机车冷却水系统不致冻结,也要求保持一定的水温。因此,机车在不工作时,仍需对其冷却水系统进行加热(俗称打温)。国内机车冷却水系统打温,目前常采用柴油机空转和点燃预热炉两种方法来进行。现在就这两种方法的经济性加以分析比较。
Locomotive diesel engine before starting, the locomotive cooling water system temperature (diesel engine cooling water temperature) have certain requirements: high-speed diesel engine requires water temperature not lower than +40 ℃, medium-speed diesel engine requires water temperature not less than +20 ℃. In winter, in order to meet the locomotive crew heating requirements and locomotive cooling water system will not freeze, but also requires to maintain a certain water temperature. Therefore, when the locomotive is not working, it is still necessary to heat its cooling water system (commonly known as temperature control). Domestic locomotive cooling water system to warm, now often used diesel idling and ignition preheater two ways. The economics of these two methods are now analyzed and compared.
