Tumarkin’s otolithic crisis (TOC) is a rare occurrence of autonomic signs associated with sudden falls that are not associated with loss of consciousness, dizziness, and the like and are thought to be peripheral and associated with advanced Meniere’s disease. It was named for its relationship with Tumar-kin in 1936 and its causes were related to otolith final dysfunction. The author of the diagnosis of the disease from 1979 to 1985, 6 cases, of which 5 were males, aged 32 to 78 years of age, the number of cases accounted for 180 cases of Meniere’s disease 1/30. After reviewing, investigating and personal interviewing, except for medication, heart and neuropathic fall, the patient was found to have had a period of 1 week to 6 months
