2002年7月至2009年12月,我院收治膀胱破裂患者6例,现将诊治中的经验及教训进行分析,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:本组6例,男性5例,女性1例;年龄18～48岁,平均40岁。其中5例均有明确的外伤史,其中有失足摔倒致伤,有车祸致伤,有被踢伤史,有工作时被倒下的树干砸伤背部致伤。另1例因酒后记忆障碍,疑酒后自发性膀胱破裂。
July 2002 to December 2009, our hospital admitted to patients with bladder rupture in 6 cases, now the diagnosis and treatment of the experience and lessons for analysis, the report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: The group of 6 patients, 5 males and 1 female; aged 18 to 48 years, mean 40 years. Five of them had a definite history of trauma. Among them, they had stumps and fell injuries, were injured in a car accident, had a history of being kicked, and had fallen back from work when they injured their backs. Another case of dysmea due to alcoholism, suspected spontaneous bladder rupture.
