采用聚醚砜和纳米粒子对氰酸酯/双马来酰亚胺/烯丙基双酚A树脂体系增韧改性,制备耐高温改性氰酸酯胶膜。主要研究了纳米粒子与聚醚砜的含量对胶膜粘接性能及耐230℃老化性能的影响。通过差示扫描量热法、热失重法和傅里叶变换红外光谱分别表征了体系的反应活性、热稳定性和反应机理。
Polyether sulfone and nano-particles of cyanate ester / bismaleimide / allyl bisphenol A resin system toughening modified preparation of high temperature modified cyanate adhesive film. The effects of the contents of nanoparticles and polyethersulfone on the adhesive properties of films and aging resistance to 230 ℃ were studied. The reaction activity, thermal stability and reaction mechanism were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
