1基本情况淮北大堤涡下段,上起安徽省怀远县涡河老元塘(桩号0+ 000),下至江苏省泗洪县下草湾(桩号123+690),地层主要以近代淮河河湖相松散冲、洪积层为主。上部为全新世沉积的粉性土、粘性土层,形成时代新,结构松散,强度较低。堤基地质结构主要为上砂性土下粘性土双层结构和上薄层粘性土下砂性土双层结构,工程地质条件相对较差。采用截渗墙工程对堤基采用水泥土截渗墙处理,配合其他工程措施,是提高该段淮北大堤的防洪能力。多头深层搅拌桩防渗墙技术是在单头桩基础上发展起来并突破多头小直径的一项堤坝防渗技术。该
1 Basic conditions The lower part of the HuaiBei embankment starts from the Old Yuantang River in Huaiyuan County, Anhui Province (station 0 + 000), down to Xiacaowan (Station No. 123 + 690), Sihong County, Jiangsu Province.
