解放牌载重汽车轮眙套筒搬手(见图1)现生产中采用45Mn2钢平锻,调质热处理。生产中存在下列问题: 1.45Mn2钢含碳含锰量较高。锻造性能较低碳合金钢差,锻造成型后,打孔时钻头磨损严重。2.由于平锻过程中,造成形状不规则。尺寸较差,杆长不等。给两端淬火带来困难,两端淬火长度保证不了图纸要求的30~38毫米。3.成品要求杆部弯曲度≤2毫米,表面缺陷深度≤0.8毫米,大头周壁差≤2毫米,小头周壁差≤1毫米,在平锻机上锻制,尺寸很难控制,经常造成尺寸
