一 這學期的幾點初步體會 我校在上學期教師思想改造之後,提出了學習蘇聯先進經驗,提高教學質量的要求;這學期總結了過去通過政治運動、假期學習、黨團活動、政治時事報告、政治課等方式進行思想政治教育的經驗和教訓,並更加明確地提出了加强學生思想政治教育工作。在方式上除通過團隊活動、課外活動外,特別强調了通過正課來進行。在進行思想政治教育上,我們初步體會到以下幾點: (一)進行正面的積極的教育。青年學生受舊思想的影響很少,對新事物比較敏感,也容易接受,所以只要我們從正面指出方向、指出前途,多引導多鼓勵,少用消極限制的方式來教育,效果是會好的。但是正面教育必須具體,不能只用抽象的政治理論。要善於結合學生學習生活中的具體事實和英雄模範
