近几年,为适应市场需求和社会竞争,全国重点美术院校仍呈扩招趋势,工艺设计专业教育观念、教育手段、教学管理和人才培养模式等等方面都有了新要求,院校专业的教学和管理都面临改革、寻求突破。本文着重探讨了工艺设计专业教学板块与工作室制下的教学管理中课程管理、学生管理、教师管理三方面,从分析传统课程管理和教学板块与工作室制课程管理的差异性,探索了课程管理的新方法;通过总结工作室学生特点,提出了学生管理的新模式;并结合工作室教学的要求,探讨了教师管理的新举措。
In recent years, in order to meet the market demand and social competition, the key art colleges and universities nationwide are still expanding enrollment trends, the concepts of craft design education, educational tools, teaching management and personnel training mode and so on have new requirements, institutions of professional Teaching and management are facing reform, seeking breakthroughs. This article focuses on three aspects of curriculum management, student management and teacher management in teaching management under the teaching blocks and studios of process design specialty. The article analyzes the differences between the traditional curriculum management and the teaching management of classroom and studio and explores the curriculum The new method of management; put forward the new mode of student management by summarizing the characteristics of studio students; and discuss the new measures of teacher management with the requirements of studio teaching.
