红土镍矿结构复杂,成分变化大,含水高、烧损大且含有较多镍石块等杂质,造成烧结矿强度差、返矿率高、煤耗高、生产成本高。为了降低冶炼成本,北海诚德镍业有限公司烧结厂进行了配用烧结添加剂的工业试验。结果表明:配加0.15%添加剂后,烧结矿转鼓强度提高2.7%,FeO降低2.98%,烧结燃耗降低15 kg/t,返矿平衡下降7.5%,电耗也相应降低,效果明显。
Lateritic nickel ore has the characteristics of complex structure, large composition variation, high water content, large burning loss and more impurities such as nickel stones, resulting in poor strength of sinter, high rate of ore returning, high coal consumption and high production cost. In order to reduce the cost of smelting, Beihai Cheng Tak Nickel Co., Ltd. Sintering Plant carried out with the sintering additive industrial test. The results show that with the addition of 0.15% additive, the strength of sinter drum increases by 2.7%, the FeO decreases by 2.98%, the sintering burnup decreases by 15 kg / t, the return ore balance decreases by 7.5% and the power consumption also decreases obviously.
