在酸性溶液中,Cu、Pb的碘化物能被甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)萃取,籍此用原子吸收分光光度法测定微量Cu、Pb的含量。我们对测定条件做了一些试验,拟定了高纯Y2O3中Cu、Pb测定方法。本法选择性好,操作简便,当取样量为1g时,Cu、Pb的检出限分别为0.07μg/g和0.6μg/g。含Cu3.3μg/g、Pb58.5μg/g时精密度(RSD%)分别为4.2和4.4。能满足彩色电视荧光级Y2O3杂质分析要求。
In acidic solutions, the iodides of Cu and Pb can be extracted by MIBK to determine trace amounts of Cu and Pb by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. We made some tests on the determination of the conditions, developed high purity Y2O3 Cu, Pb determination. The method has good selectivity and easy operation. The detection limits of Cu and Pb are 0.07μg / g and 0.6μg / g respectively when the sample volume is 1g. The precision (RSD%) with Cu3.3μg / g and Pb58.5μg / g were 4.2 and 4.4, respectively.
