作者观察rhIL-3、rhIFN-γ和DMSO对HL-60细胞的增殖与分化的影响。结果表明三者单独使用除rhIL-3早期有一定促生长作用外,都有抑制增殖和诱导HL-60细胞向粒系分化的作用,特别是DMSO对HL-60细胞有较强的诱导分化作用,且与剂量有关,rhIL-3作用次之,rhIFN-γ较弱。如分别与DMSO联合,则rhIL-3、rhIFN-γ均能加强DMSO对HL-60细胞的增殖抑制和诱导分化作用。
The authors observed the effects of rhIL-3, rhIFN-γ, and DMSO on the proliferation and differentiation of HL-60 cells.
