体质量下降和内脏蛋白的降解是癌性恶病质患者的主要特征,消耗程度与患生存时间的减少相关联。内脏蛋白的消耗主要发生在肌肉组织。在对体质量下降癌症患者的肌肉活检中观察到蛋白的合成下降和分解加强。在癌性恶病质中,蛋白降解与ATP-泛素-蛋白酶体途径的激活密切相关。本文对ATP-泛素-蛋白酶体途径在癌性恶病质蛋白降解中的作用及β2受体激动剂的逆转作一综述。
Decreased body mass and degradation of visceral proteins are the hallmarks of patients with cancerous cachexia, and the degree of consumption is associated with a reduction in survival time. Visceral protein consumption occurs mainly in muscle tissue. Decreased protein synthesis and enhanced breakdown were observed in muscle biopsies of patients with decreased body mass. In cancerous cachexia, protein degradation is closely related to the activation of the ATP-ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. This review summarizes the role of the ATP-ubiquitin-proteasome pathway in the degradation of cancerous cachexia proteins and the reversal of β2-agonists.
