在化学镀非晶态Ni-P合金镀层表面涂覆溶胶-凝胶涂层,用来封闭镀层表面沉积过程中产生的针孔等缺陷,经过溶胶-凝胶涂层耐浓硝酸试验、5%NaCl盐水浸渍试验,以及溶胶-凝胶涂层抗高温氧化性试验,得出结论:在化学镀Ni-P合金镀层表面涂覆溶胶-凝胶涂层,可以明显提高化学镀Ni-P合金镀层在硝酸、5%NaCl盐水中的耐蚀性;在 500℃高温下,经过 150h氧化处理,表面涂覆溶胶-凝胶涂层的抗高温氧化性可提高 4倍。
Sol-gel coating is applied to the surface of electroless Ni-P alloy coating to seal the defects such as pinholes generated during the deposition of coating surface. After the sol-gel coating is resistant to concentrated nitric acid, 5% NaCl salt water immersion test and high temperature oxidation resistance test of sol-gel coating. It is concluded that sol-gel coating on electroless Ni-P alloy coating can obviously improve the electroless Ni-P alloy coating Corrosion resistance in nitric acid and 5% NaCl brine. The high temperature oxidation resistance of the surface-coated sol-gel coating can be increased by 4 times at 500 ℃ for 150 h.
