应用放射免疫测定法检测20例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿和15例正常新生儿血浆内皮素(ET1)浓度,并对17例患儿进行治疗前后的动态观察。结果显示20例患儿治疗前ET1水平为851±11ng/L,明显高于正常对照组607±36(P<001);17例治疗好转后ET1水平为668±43ng/L,较治疗前814±96ng/L明显下降(P<005);与正常对照无差异(P>005);重症患者ET1水平986±23ng/L,显著高于轻、中度患者的水平795±78(P<001)。提示ET1在缺氧缺血性脑病时升高。作者认为在病程中测定ET1浓度可作为缺氧缺血性脑病诊断并估计预后的辅助指标。
Radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma endothelin (ET-1) concentrations in 20 children with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and 15 normal newborns. The dynamic changes of ET-1 in 17 children before and after treatment were observed.
