Objective To systematically analyze the basic status, changes and characteristics of the first adolescent sperm age in Chinese adolescents. Methods Meta-analysis (meta-analysis) methods, computer and literature search of literature, data screening, processing and quality evaluation based on admission criteria, access to academic papers from 1980 to 2013 published 74 articles a total of 192 data involving Nearly 435,000 people. Results From 1980 to 2013, the age of first adolescent sperm was significantly earlier in China (y = -0.0424x + 99.129, R ~ 2 = 0.3268, P <0.01). The average age of first spermatorrhea was 14.40 years old, from 15.18 years in 1980 to 2013 (13.78 years old), and 1.40 years old (34 years old). Southern and northern regions were negatively correlated with age (P <0.0001), 1.16 years and 1.33 years respectively in 34 years. The first spermatorrhea age in Northern China was significantly later than that in southern regions P <0.001). However, the urban areas in the same areas were significantly earlier than the rural areas (P <0.001), but the rural areas were earlier (1.39 years) than the urban areas (0.91 years) (1980-2005, 1996-2005 and 2006-2013) and regions (South and North), and between urban and rural areas all had significant interaction (P <0.001) ). Conclusion The age of first adolescent fertilization in China was significantly advanced from 1980 to 2013. The age, region, urban-rural differences and the interaction between them all had an impact on the age of first spermatorrhea.
