目的了解合肥市庐阳区居民的饮食习惯、食品营养与卫生知识、饮食与疾病知识、营养知识的来源与需求,研究居民营养和健康状况可能发生的动态变化,为采取措施提供依据。方法应用分层抽样的方法,随机抽取居民和前来庐阳区疾病预防控制中心接受卫生知识培训的公共场所从业人员731名进行问卷调查。结果被调查者对食品卫生与营养知识有一定的了解,知识的掌握情况在不同文化程度、地区人群中差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。新闻媒体是被调查者食品卫生与营养知识的最主要来源。结论庐阳区居民食品卫生与营养知识知晓率不高。有针对地开展食品营养与卫生知识的宣传教育非常重要。
Objective To understand the dietary habits, food nutrition and health knowledge, diet and disease knowledge, sources and needs of nutrition knowledge of residents in Luyang District, Hefei City, and to study the dynamic changes in the nutritional and health status of residents and provide evidence for taking measures. Methods A stratified sampling method was used to randomly select 731 residents in public places who had received hygiene knowledge training from residents and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Xiangyang District to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The respondents had a certain understanding of food hygiene and nutrition knowledge, and the knowledge of the knowledge was significantly different in different levels of education and regional populations (P<0.05). News media is the most important source of food hygiene and nutrition knowledge for respondents. Conclusion The awareness rate of food hygiene and nutrition knowledge among residents in Xiangyang District is not high. It is very important to carry out propaganda and education on food nutrition and hygiene knowledge.
