新能源汽车产业将与储能、充电设施、车联网、智能电网等相关产业一起，成为我国能源行业实现低碳转型的重要支柱。2013年初，我国多城市遭遇雾霾天气，雾霾严重地区的能见度不足2米。雾是空气中的水汽，本身并无污染，而霾是悬浮在空气中的烟尘等颗粒物造成的污染，其中机动车尾气是雾霾污染的最大成因。
