“兰田模式”作为自主择业转业干部实现再就业的一种新方式,2004年在本刊加以介绍后,引起了军地各界的高度关注。实践证明,自主择业转业干部集体再就业的确是一种很好的就业模式,很值得广大自主择业军转干部借鉴,也很值得各地军转安置部门学习和探索。为此,从本期开始,我们对兰田模式进行了更深入、更细致的回访,以探索这一模式成功的奥秘以及在实际运作中所遇到的一些问题,供其他企业和自主择业军转干部参考。
