患者女性,8岁,学生,门诊号23610。于1963年12月21日,在劳动中搬运石头时不慎,将右手中指挫破,当时有少量出血,回家用棉花烧灰敷包,一直无明显变化,突然于1964年1月6日上午约8时开始感到有吞咽困难及轻度急躁不安,于中午12时后开始出现阵发性肌肉抽搐,最初隔数小时抽搐发作一次,以后每20～40分钟一次,首先由面部开始,有颈部疆直,角弓反张,牙关紧闭,四肢强直,呈苦笑颜貌,于当日下午入院。全身检查:发育良好,营养中等,神智不清,目光呆滞、瞳孔缩小,右手中指甲根处有长1厘米创口一处,脓性分泌物少量。肝脾未触及,心肺正常,呼吸28次/分,脉搏100次/分,体温39℃,血压110/90,化验检查:血
