[目的]了解初中学生日常饮食相关行为状况,为卫生、教育行政部门和学校制定促进中学生健康成长相关政策与干预措施提供依据。[方法]2010年6月,对许昌市市直4所初中的学生进行问卷调查。[结果]调查1 106名学生,调查前1周内,每天吃早餐的占67.63%,每天喝牛奶的占29.66%,每天吃蔬菜的占72.51%,每天吃水果的占43.22%;没在地摊吃过东西的占53.89%,没吃油炸食物的占26.13%,没喝碳酸饮料的占40.05%,不吃甜点心的占11.03%。[结论]许昌市市直初中学生每天都吃早餐、进食健康食物者所占比例较低,进食非健康食物者所占比例较高。
[Objective] To understand the daily diet-related behaviors of junior high school students and provide basis for the health and education administrative departments and schools to formulate policies and interventions to promote the healthy growth of middle school students. [Method] In June 2010, a questionnaire survey was conducted among four junior high students in Xuchang City. [Results] A total of 1 106 students were surveyed. Within one week before the survey, 67.63% of their daily breakfast, 29.66% of their daily milk, 72.51% of their daily vegetables and 43.22% of their daily fruit were consumed. 53.89% had eaten, 26.13% did not eat fried food, 40.05% did not drink carbonated drinks, and 11.03% did not eat sweet snacks. [Conclusion] Junior middle school students in Xuchang city eat breakfast every day, with a lower proportion of healthy food intake and a higher proportion of non-healthy food intake.
