从X射线机发出的X射线穿透工件后,在图象增强器的输出屏上形成含有工件结构、状态等信息的图象,摄象机把图象转换成视频信号输出。原始图象噪声大、反差低,图象的细节信息常常被噪声所掩盖。要改善图象质量,除正确确定实时成象技术外,还必须选择良好的实时成象系统。现代实时成象系统中,都采用图象处理系统,通过图象处理技术,使图象质量得到明显提高。图象处理是实时成象达到满足工业应用要求的主要技术之一。
