规章是法律文件，它的句法别具一格，自成特点。笔者从确认先行词定语从句的翻译以及带有状语功能的定语从句的翻译３个方面进行了系统的分析和研究。
Regulations are legal documents, its syntax is unique and its own characteristics. The author makes a systematic analysis and research from three aspects: the translation of adverbial clauses and the translation of attributive clauses with adverbial functions.
