国内小学教师教育“国考”改革的形式、国际职前教师教育“实践”发展的趋势以及地方高校向“应用型”转变的态势为地方高校小学教育专业人才培养的变革带来机遇与挑战。通过对小学教育专业实习基地的小学教师进行访谈,了解新入职教师的专业素养、小学教育专业课程设置合理性、实践教学实施效果及小学教师专业发展诉求,提出地方高校小学教育专业人才培养策略,包括确立“实践型”人才培养目标,设置“模块化”专业课程体系,实施“融入性”实践教学模式,构建“全程式”教师教育发展平台。
