采用溶胶合成法,将正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)与异丁基硅烷合成出一类新型的渗透性防水材料,通过混凝土毛细吸水、快速碳化试验对比研究了异丁基硅烷乳液、TEOS与TEOS/异丁基硅烷复合乳液在混凝土表面的防护效果。试验结果表明,TEOS/异丁基硅烷复合乳液在混凝土表面的防水效果最好,与空白试样对比毛细吸水系数降低了88.1%(水灰比为0.5)和83.1%(水灰比为0.4)。但是,TEOS对混凝土的抗碳化能力提高最大,28 d碳化深度降低了58.8%(水灰比为0.5)和57.8%(水灰比为0.4),TEOS/异丁基硅烷复合乳液也可以有效提高混凝土的抗碳化能力。
A new type of permeable waterproof material was synthesized by sol-synthesis method using tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and isobutylsilane. The effects of isobutylsilane emulsion, TEOS and TEOS / Isobutylsilane composite emulsion in the protective effect of concrete surface. The experimental results show that the waterproofing effect of TEOS / isobutylsilane composite emulsion on the concrete surface is the best. Compared with the blank sample, the capillary water absorption coefficient is reduced by 88.1% (water-cement ratio is 0.5) and 83.1% (water-cement ratio is 0.4) .
