方便面是1958年秋在日本问世的,近几年已在我国各地普遍生产应市,种类繁多,目前已有为广大群众特别是青少年所青睐的快餐食品。但也给人们的健康带来一些不利,主要有以下三个方面:(一)营养不全面。方便面的主要成份是碳水化合物以及少量的味精、食盐和其它调味品,并不完全具备蛋白质、脂肪,碳水化合物、矿物质、维生素、水和纤维素等人体
Instant noodles, which came out in Japan in the autumn of 1958, have been widely produced in various parts of our country in recent years. There are a large variety of instant noodles currently available for the masses, especially young people. But it also brings some disadvantages to people’s health, mainly in the following three aspects: (1) Incomplete nutrition. The main components of instant noodles are carbohydrates and a small amount of MSG, salt and other condiments, not fully equipped with proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, water and cellulose and other human
