本文论述了金属触媒在合成金刚石过程中起溶催作用的两个基本因素:即金属与石墨的润湿度和金属原子中 d 层电子的空穴度,以及对金刚石合成的影响。提出了 d 层电子平均空穴度 Hd 的经验公式,根据公式计算出的 Hd 值,排列出金属元素对合成金刚石催化效应的周期律。最后对提高合成金刚石质量的途径进行了探讨。
This paper discusses two basic factors that play a catalytic role in the synthesis of diamond: the wettability of metal and graphite, the hole density of d-layer electrons in metal atoms, and the effect on diamond synthesis. The empirical formula of average electron density Hd in d-layer is proposed. Based on the calculated Hd value, the periodic law of the catalytic effect of metal elements on the synthesized diamond is arranged. Finally, the ways to improve the quality of synthetic diamond were discussed.
