课堂是学校教学中最基本的教学单位,它是一种有组织、有领导的师生共同进行的教与学的双边活动。传统的课堂教学管理主要采取管、卡、压等办法以控制学生的问题行为,而结果往往是问题行为越来越多、越来越严重。为了建立有利于教与学的积极的课堂气氛,教师可以采用不同的教学方法进行课堂教学管理。
Classroom is the most basic teaching unit in school teaching. It is a kind of bilateral activity of teaching and learning jointly organized by teachers and students. The traditional classroom teaching management mainly adopts the methods of management, card, pressure and so on to control students’ behavior, and the result is often more and more and more serious. In order to establish a positive classroom atmosphere conducive to teaching and learning, teachers can use different teaching methods for classroom teaching management.
