本文从合理选配摩擦对偶的观点出发,用两种类型的钻机刹车块材料(压制型和编织型)的小试样,与用钻机刹车鼓材料制成的对偶圆盘在定速式摩擦试验机上,以模拟下钻工况的试验规范进行了系统的试验。主要研究了比压、速度和温度对刹车副材料摩擦磨损性能的影响;并初步筛选出性能优良的国产刹车副材料,试验表明,国产ZJS-771型编织型刹车块的摩擦磨损性能已超过某些国外的同类型产品,而刹车鼓材料可用18CrMnSiMoVA取代18Cr3MoWB。
