目的:评价成都地区医院的用药情况及趋势。方法:对成都地区16家医院2001～2006年的药物种类、用量、销售金额等进行回顾性分析。结果:成都地区16家医院各年度的药物销售金额增长率分别为19.56%、27.19%、17.84%、15.08%、10.40%,呈下降趋势。销售金额排序列前14位的药物中,抗感染药、心血管系统药、抗肿瘤药、神经系统药等排序无明显变化。结论:成都地区医院药物应用渐趋合理、规范。
Objective: To evaluate the medication situation and trend of hospitals in Chengdu area. Methods: Retrospective analysis was carried out on the types of medicines, dosage, sales amount in 16 hospitals in Chengdu from 2001 to 2006. Results: The annual growth rate of drug sales in 16 hospitals in Chengdu was 19.56%, 27.19%, 17.84%, 15.08% and 10.40% respectively, showing a decreasing trend. Among the drugs in the top 14 rankings, there was no significant change in the ranking of anti-infective drugs, cardiovascular system drugs, antineoplastic drugs and neurological drugs. Conclusion: The application of drugs in Chengdu hospitals is becoming more reasonable and standardized.
