应用流体力学原理,从理论上分析了液压传感器的动力学和运动学特性,推导出闭锁控制阀开启压力的计算方法,并通过试验验证。闭锁离合器在液力─机械变速箱中的正常使用证实了液压控制闭锁离合器的设计是合理的。液力─机械变速箱采用闭锁离合器,有效地解决了液力变矩器在小负荷、高转速下传动效率低的问题。
Based on the principle of fluid mechanics, the dynamic and kinematic characteristics of the hydraulic pressure sensor are analyzed theoretically, and the calculation method of the opening pressure of the closed control valve is deduced and verified through experiments. The normal use of the lock-up clutch in the hydraulic-mechanical gearbox proves that the design of the hydraulic control lock-up clutch is reasonable. Hydraulic ─ mechanical gearbox with a lock-up clutch, effectively solve the torque converter in a small load, high speed low transmission efficiency problems.
