植物多糖具有多种生理活性,在化妆品、药品等领域应用潜力巨大,是新药及日化用品开发的重要方向之一。基于此,本文对超声提取和水浸提绞股蓝多糖两种方法进行研究,探讨了不同温度下绞股蓝多糖随着提取时间的变化规律,建立了绞股蓝多糖提取的动力学方程。结果显示:超声提取和溶剂浸提绞股蓝多糖的表观活化能分别为7.072×103J/mol和1.199×104J/mol,超声提取绞股蓝多糖表观活化能低,提取效果好。
Plant polysaccharides with a variety of physiological activity, in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and other fields of great potential for the development of new drugs and daily necessities, one of the important directions. Based on this, two methods of ultrasonic extraction and water extraction of Gynostemma polysaccharides were studied in this paper, and the kinetic equations of extraction of Gynostemma polysaccharide were established with the variation of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharide at different temperatures with the extraction time. The results showed that the apparent activation energy of polysaccharides extracted by ultrasonic extraction and solvent extraction were 7.072 × 103 J / mol and 1.199 × 104 J / mol, respectively. The apparent activation energy of polysaccharides extracted by ultrasonic extraction was low, and the extraction effect was good.
