从油丹 Alseodaphne hainanensis Merr.树皮中分离得到 4个化合物 ,根据 HR- SIMS、1 HNMR、1 3CNMR及二维核磁共振技术鉴定其结构分别为 :一个木脂素 eusiderin A〔(7R,8R) - 3,4,5 ,3′-四甲氧基 -△ 8′,9′- 8- O- 4′,7- O- 5′-木脂素〕( ) ;两个苄基异喹啉类生物碱 (6 ,7-二甲氧基异喹啉基 ) - (4′-甲氧基苯基 )甲酮 ( )、(6 ,7-亚甲二氧基异喹啉基 ) - (4′-甲氧基苯基 )甲酮 ( )和 4-羟基 - 3-甲氧基 -苯甲酸 ( )。其中化合物 ~ 为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Four compounds were isolated from the bark of oilseed Alseodaphne hainanensis Merr. According to HR-SIMS, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR and 2D NMR techniques, the structures were identified as: a lignan eusiderin A [(7R, 8R) - 3,4,5 ,3’-tetramethoxy-△ 8’,9’- 8-O- 4’,7-O- 5’-lignans (); two benzylisoquinolines Alkaloids (6,7-Dimethoxyisoquinolinyl)-(4’-methoxyphenyl)methanone (), (6,7-Methylenedioxyisoquinolinyl)-( 4′-Methoxyphenyl)methanone and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzoic acid. Among them, compound ~ was isolated from this genus for the first time.
