近年来,随着建筑行业的不断发展,高层建筑的功能及用途在一定程度上得到发展,所以,应加大对高层建筑的结构组织形式及柱网布置等提出了更高的要求。其目的主要是将建筑结构的形式及力学的过渡得到实现,工程施工人员过多采用起转换层来进行施工,在工程施工过程中,转换层在高层建筑工程中得到广泛的运用,并得到相关业界的认可。促使高层建筑上下结构中竖向不连续的现象得到解决。本文从转换层结构的施工特点进行了分析,并结合高层建筑工程的施工技术进行了详细的探讨。
In recent years, with the continuous development of the construction industry, the functions and uses of high-rise buildings have been developed to a certain extent. Therefore, higher requirements should be imposed on the structural organization of high-rise buildings and the layout of column nets.
