在人类知识总量急剧增加,更新速度不断加快这种形势下,企业如何能够应付各种复杂局面,实现企业与员工的双赢。笔者从构建学习型企业,把握好发展战略与员工个人目标的关系、组织学习与个人学习的关系、长期利益与短期利益的关系、学习和工作的关系等几方面进行了分析,并结合单位构建学习型企业过程中的具体做法作了阐述。
With the rapid increase in the total amount of human knowledge and the ever-increasing speed of updating, how can enterprises cope with various complex situations and achieve a win-win situation for enterprises and their employees? The author analyzes the relationship between learning strategies and individual personal goals, the relationship between organizational learning and personal learning, the relationship between long-term interests and short-term interests, the relationship between learning and working, and constructs a learning- Learning enterprise process in the specific practices are described.
