金属带式无级变速器是一种新型的传动装置 ,在燃油经济性上有广阔的应用前景。本文作者详细地研究了金属带式无级变速器的传动机理 ,在此基础上建立了不同速比、不同转矩下的金属环张力、金属块间挤推力的微分方程 ,分析计算了不同工况下的金属环张力及金属块挤推力。本文研究的结果有助于在工程上对金属环、金属块进行强度分析 ,提高金属带式无级变速器的设计分析能力。
Metal belt CVT is a new type of transmission, which has broad application prospects in fuel economy. The author studied the transmission mechanism of the metal belt CVT in detail, and established the differential equation of the tension of the metal ring and the pushing force between the metal blocks under different speed ratios and different torques, and analyzed and calculated the different working conditions Under the metal ring tension and metal block squeeze thrust. The results of this study contribute to the strength analysis of metal rings and metal blocks in engineering and improve the design and analysis ability of metal belt CVT.
