随着《中华人民共和国公务员法》的颁布实施,我省开展了大规模的公务员培训活动。目前,我省公务员培训模式相对落后,培训中还存在诸多问题亟待改进。新形势下新的培训模式应强调“能力本位”理念,突出“以学员为本”的培训宗旨,注重按需施教,把分析、研究工作中的问题、难点,解决方案作为培训的重点,以期营造平等、信任,参与互动的教学氛围,达到理想的培训效果。
With the promulgation and implementation of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Civil Servants, our province has conducted large-scale civil servant training activities. At present, the training mode of civil servants in our province is relatively backward, and there are still many problems in training that need to be improved urgently. Under the new situation, the new training mode should emphasize the concept of “ability-based”, emphasize the purpose of “student-oriented” training, pay attention to teaching on-demand, take the problems, difficulties and solutions in analysis and research work as the focus of training, With a view to creating equality, trust, participation in interactive teaching atmosphere, to achieve the desired effect of training.
