本文重点研究镍基变形高温合金中弯曲晶界形成的动力学过程。指出当晶界上存在两相(和M_6C或M_(23)C_6)时,形成弯晶的为主相随合金本质及热处理参数(温度、冷速等)而变化。提出一个两相式弯晶形成模型和一个一段晶界迁移模型。
This article focuses on the kinetics of the formation of a bend grain boundary in a Ni-based superalloy. It is pointed out that when two phases (M_6C or M_ (23) C_6) exist on the grain boundary, the main phase of the bent crystal changes with the nature of the alloy and the heat treatment parameters (temperature, cooling rate, etc.) A two-phase bending mode and a first-phase migration mode are proposed.
