To investigate the changes of head and neck blood flow in different endurance subjects under head-to-head (-3 0 °) bed rest, the subjects were 40 healthy men. According to their endurance of head low, they were divided into endurance group Adaptation group) and poor endurance group (ie, non-adaptive group), the color Doppler ultrasound imaging technology measured bilateral common carotid artery, internal carotid artery and internal jugular vein average blood flow velocity, blood flow and blood flow. The results show that the difference between the two groups in head and neck blood flow mainly lies in the difference of the blood flow in and out of the brain. In the bedridden group, the blood flow into and out of the skull in the adaptation group was not significantly different from that in the horizontal bed. However, in the non-adapted group, the flow of blood into the intracranial artery through the internal carotid artery had an increasing trend during the ambulatory period, Internal venous outflow of blood flow was significantly reduced. Hint: Differences in changes in blood flow into and out of the skull may be related to the ability of the human body to tolerate head-position stimulation in the low head position.
