MONTANIDE ISA720是一种稳定的油包水乳剂,含有可代谢的天然油和用二缩甘露醇-油酸酯制成的精制乳剂.它与重组疟原虫抗原混合在动物试验中获得良好的结果.本文报道该佐剂在人体中的Ⅰ期临床试验结果.作者从昆土兰医学研究所工作人员中挑选12名志愿者为研究对象,年龄为34～63岁,血细胞计数和肝功能均正常,无严重相关疾病.首先在1、2号受试者的大腿前外侧肌肉注射0.6ml与磷酸盐缓冲液以一定比例混合的MONTANIDE ISA720,未出现明显症状或副反应.数天后给3、4号受试者注射1.2ml,随后给5、6号受试者注射1.8ml.8
